Job Description: Jr & Sr. Network and System Helpdesk Engineer

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1/L2 technical support to internal users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows OS, laptop, desktop, and printer issues.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting, including TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, DNS, and DHCP.
• Assist with firewall troubleshooting, basic firewall configuration, and connectivity issues.
• Manage Active Directory user accounts and password resets.
• Install, configure, and deploy laptops, desktops, and software.
• Provide remote technical support and resolve IT service tickets.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and support documentation.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in Desktop Support, IT Support, or IT Helpdesk.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
• Understanding of networking concepts, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, and DHCP.
• Basic knowledge of firewall concepts and network security.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and remote support tools.
• Knowledge of ticketing tools and IT asset management.
• Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
