Job Description: As a Technical Support Specialist at Five Feed Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd., your primary responsibility will be to install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and workstations. You will work closely with team members to resolve complex technical issues and offer support to end-users through various communication channels. Moreover, troubleshooting hardware and software problems on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals, managing DNS settings, configuring the VMware virtualization environment, and addressing Active Directory issues will be part of your daily tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and workstations. - Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues. - Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person. - Troubleshoot hardware and software problems on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. - Perform backups and manage DNS settings for domain controllers. - Configure VMware virtualization environment for server OS installations. - Troubleshoot Active Directory issues concerning user accounts, group policies, and permissions. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any discipline. - Strong knowledge of Windows System Administration tasks like installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktop/laptop computers. - Proficiency in performing backups and resolving complex technical issues. - Proficiency in English and Hindi.
