Job Description

What Youll Do: Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and basic networking Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for internal teams Set up and configure user accounts, email clients, and security tools Maintain an updated inventory of IT assets Collaborate with senior IT personnel on upgrades and system enhancements Ensure timely issue resolution to minimize downtime Who You Are: Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field 0–1 year of experience in a technical support/helpdesk role (internships included) Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and hardware troubleshooting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): Certifications: CompTIA A+, N+, etc. Experience with remote support tools Interest in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.) What’s in It for You?
