Responsibilities The technical responsibilities of this role fall into several key areas: Ticket Management: Responding to and resolving support tickets submitted through our internal ticketing system. Infrastructure Support: Maintaining and supporting our Skyworks on-premises virtual environment, including storage and backup solutions. Vendor Collaboration: Engaging with external vendors to troubleshoot and implement solutions for break-fix scenarios.
