IT-Sr Systems Engineer

You will be a member of the Core Unix global system admin team at Cadence, working on global projects and rollouts. Your role will involve specialized System Administration tasks on Redhat Linux, SUSE Linux, AIX, and Cent OS, with at least 8-10 years of experience in this field. You should have expertise in installation, configuration, and administration of RHEL 4.x/5.x/6.x/7.1 and SLES 10/11/12. Your responsibilities will include system builds, server builds, installs, upgrades, patches, migration, and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: - Specialized in System Administration tasks on Redhat Linux, SUSE Linux, AIX, and Cent OS - Installation, configuration, and administration of RHEL 4.x/5.x/6.x/7.1 and SLES 10/11/12 - System builds, server builds, installs, upgrades, patches, migration, and troubleshooting - Administering LDAP and DNS servers - Networking concepts and hardware support - Prioritizing tasks and working under pressure - Collaborating effectively in a team environment - Demonstrating personable and professional demeanor - Effective written and verbal communication skills in English Qualifications Required: - Engineering graduate in Computer/Electronics - At least 8-10 years of relevant experience - Good working knowledge of Foreman, Elk, Grafana is preferred At Cadence, you will have the opportunity to work on projects that matter and help solve challenges that others can't.,
