Follow-ups with Engineer, Vendor, and IM to Pick up the standby and defective spares from the clients. Followup with vendor to dispatch the material on time with test report. Vendor Bill posting, provisioning skills also required. Need to discussed on a daily basis from Courier and update in the status in DIMS/stakeholders as well. Update each call in DIMS.
