Hands-on experience in sourcing through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other social platforms. Familiarity with hiring for middle to senior-level roles using headhunting strategies. Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple mandates and work under tight deadlines. High attention to detail and organized approach to database and candidate tracking. Preferred Skills Prior experience in recruitment for IT, BFSI, or domain-specific industries is an added advantage.
