IT Software Developer, Senior

Qualcomm India Private Limited is looking for a Software Developer to join their Information Technology Group. In this role, you will focus on designing and delivering distributed software solutions and services for core engineering teams involved in Chipset design. Your responsibilities will include developing software solutions for chipset design planning, execution, and optimization. You will be expected to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that align with business objectives and customer requirements. Adhering to best practices in software development, such as coding standards, code reviews, and automated testing, will be a crucial part of your role. To be successful in this position, you should have 4 to 6 years of experience in Full-stack application development using Java, Python, and Angular technologies. Proficiency in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving is essential. Experience with front-end languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, and back-end languages such as Java, Python, and associated frameworks like Springboot and Django/Flask will be required. Additionally, familiarity with databases like MySQL, MongoDB, web servers like Nginx, and UI/UX design is preferred. Desirable qualifications include experience with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, knowledge of microservice architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, and search frameworks like Lucene/Apache SOLR/Elastic Search. Intermediate-level working knowledge of Redis, Elasticsearch, messaging technologies (RabbitMQ/Kafka), and system integrations will be an advantage. A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience is necessary for this position.
