Job Description: We are seeking an IT Team Lead with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in hardware troubleshooting, networking, IT setup, installation, networking, and device management. As a Team Leader, your role will involve planning, evaluating, implementing, and managing IT infrastructure, software, and applications. You will be responsible for ensuring the security of data, network access, and backup systems, as well as preserving assets, information security, and control structures. In this position, you will design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures to enhance the organization's IT environment. Your responsibilities will also include network and server management, monitoring day-to-day IT operations, analyzing department needs, identifying vulnerabilities, and improving productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to support informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations and possess the leadership skills necessary to lead a team effectively. This role is contractual/temporary and will require you to work in person at the specified location.
