Job Description

You will be solely responsible for all IT needs of run phase engagements, bridging the gap between the end users and the IT world. You will serve as a dedicated IT Single Point of Contact for an engagement throughout the contract duration. Your role will involve engagement relationship management to fulfill technology needs and ensure a smooth Run the Business Project mobilization to support desired business outcomes such as Revenue, Margin, Satisfaction, Cost, and Risk management. You will coordinate with required resolver groups during major and repetitive incidences across Infrastructure, Network, and Applications. It is expected that you are capable of providing detailed technical insights firsthand in case of issues. You will also actively participate in finalizing functional requirements with the delivery team for any application changes, as well as drive Global IT initiatives/projects within engagements. Your role will be to provide value addition to the engagement through cost and effort savings. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end IT coordination in Run Phase Engagements - Stabilize and Operationalize core IT support processes - Set up internal Governance with Service desk and other IT teams - Possess sound knowledge in IT Service Delivery & Support - Demonstrate good Project Management skills - Exhibit good Client Management skills - Involve in technical troubleshooting Qualifications Required: - Must have sound knowledge in IT Service Delivery & Support - Should possess good Project Management skills - Must possess good Client Management skills - ITIL Certification is an added Advantage - PMP Certification is an added Advantage Please note that involvement in technical troubleshooting is also expected in this role.
