IT Security Engineer (Senior)

As a member of our Information Technology team in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in driving security excellence across our technology stack to enable business innovation. Your responsibilities will include owning critical security platforms, monitoring security systems for real-time anomalies, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance security outcomes. Additionally, you will be expected to assess and prioritize security risks aligned with business impact, contribute to security strategy development, and drive automation of security tasks. To excel in this role, you should have at least five years of experience in cybersecurity, with demonstrated expertise across multiple security domains such as network, cloud, application, identity, etc. You must have a track record of owning security outcomes end-to-end, translating technical risks into business language, and influencing stakeholders without direct authority. Technical breadth, an ownership mindset, and the ability to drive measurable security risk reduction will be key to your success. Experience with AI security practices, Shift Left Security practices, cloud security configuration, and monitoring tools like CSPM and CNAPP will be advantageous. Proficiency in using tools such as Terraform, Azure ARM templates, or GCP Deployment Manager will also be beneficial for this role. Success in this position will be defined by your ability to proactively identify security issues, drive operational excellence, and contribute to building a strong security culture within the organization.
