IT SAP PP / QM

As a skilled SAP PP & QM Functional Expert, you will play a crucial role in enhancing manufacturing and quality management operations by designing, optimizing, and supporting SAP solutions related to Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM). Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the design and configuration of SAP PP & QM modules to meet evolving business requirements - Designing and configuring new functionalities in SAP PP & QM to align with business needs - Creating functional specifications and maintaining clear process documentation - Conducting system testing and guiding user acceptance testing (UAT) - Collaborating with SAP Basis and technical teams for system performance and integration You will also act as a trusted partner to the business, translating operational challenges into SAP solutions that support manufacturing and quality goals by: - Working closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements - Supporting project planning and contributing to project execution - Staying current with SAP best practices and industry trends for continuous improvement - Supporting integration with tools such as PLM, Galileo, and MES, and leveraging variant configuration capabilities In addition, you will ensure reliable system usage and empower users through effective support and knowledge transfer by: - Providing ongoing troubleshooting and issue resolution, including ServiceNow ticket handling - Delivering training to end-users for confident use of SAP PP & QM features - Ensuring documentation and knowledge sharing across teams for long-term support Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field - 10+ years of experience in SAP PP & QM configuration and implementation - 3+ years of experience in Production tools like Galileo, MES, or PLM is a plus - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality management principles, including variant configurator understanding - Proficiency in SAP configuration, master data setup, and integration with other SAP modules (SD, MM, etc.) - Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - SAP certification in PP and/or QM is a plus but not mandatory,
