Summary
As an EHS Specialist within the Support & Maintenance team, your primary function will be to manage various Syensqo HSE applications, especially SAP EHS. Your core objective is to ensure business continuity by designing, implementing, and enhancing solutions; this involves collaborating across teams and fulfilling functional requirements.Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance SAP EHS applications, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
- Support in solving incidents and bugs.
- Apply technical expertise to manage, improve, and support existing software applications.
- Write functional specifications for developers.
- Test, validate, and document customizations and development changes.
- Collaborate with product managers and HSE experts to analyze business and functional requirements.
- Participate as a project member or Project Manager for new software application development.
- Support key EHS processes including Product Safety and SDS Authoring.
- Oversee procedures related to SVT, SVHC, and Poison Control Notification.
Must Haves:
- Deep hands-on experience with SAP EHS in Product Safety, SVT, SVHC, PCN, and 3E.
- Expertise in SAP EHS Expert Rules setup and configuration.
- Understanding of SAP BW report structure and familiarity with interfacing.
- General SAP EHS customization experience.
Nice to Haves:
- Knowledge of transversal business capabilities (e.g., Process Safety, Occupational Health).
- Familiarity with Global Label Management (GLM) and S/4 Product Compliance.
- Experience with interfacing, IDocs, and ALE.
