About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven IT Sales Manager to drive enterprise sales and revenue growth for SynRadar's cybersecurity and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for engaging enterprise clients, understanding their cybersecurity requirements, positioning relevant solutions, conducting product demonstrations and converting qualified leads into business opportunities.

The role also involves building strategic partnerships, managing sales pipelines, maintaining client relationships and contributing to the company's business growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue Growth

• Drive enterprise product sales for SynRadar's cybersecurity and GRC platforms.
• Convert sales-qualified enterprise leads into revenue through solution positioning, client engagement, commercial structuring and deal execution.
• Conduct product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs for IT Managers, Information Security teams, CISOs and CXOs.
• Engage with inbound and outbound leads and maintain consistent follow-ups until deal closure.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable cybersecurity and compliance solutions.
• Contribute to product marketing content, including presentations, case studies, brochures and thought-leadership materials.

2. Partnerships & Brand Building

• Build and manage partnerships with Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), system integrators, IT audit firms and consulting partners.
• Develop co-selling opportunities and alliance-driven revenue models.
• Represent SynRadar at cybersecurity forums, industry events and client conferences.

3. CRM & Sales Reporting

• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline information.
• Manage sales forecasts and track business opportunities.
• Provide regular reports on leads, conversions, deal status and revenue metrics.
• Monitor sales performance and maintain visibility into the overall sales pipeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• BMS / MBA qualification preferred.
• 2–6 years of relevant experience in IT Sales, Enterprise Sales, B2B Sales or technology-related business development.
• Proven track record in enterprise deal closures and sales pipeline management.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Understanding of enterprise sales processes and solution-based selling.
• Ability to manage client discussions, product demonstrations and commercial negotiations.
• Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable working in a high-growth environment.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
