IT Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Sales Manager to lead international sales operations, drive revenue growth, and manage sales teams targeting clients across the US and UK. The candidate must have a proven track record in international B2B sales, team leadership, and achieving personal and team revenue targets.

Requirements

• Experience: 7+ yrs experience in International IT Sales and Sales Management
• Proven experience managing international sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong background in US/UK B2B IT sales, lead generation, and deal closure.
• Understanding of IT services, including web development, software solutions, and digital services.
• Demonstrated ability to manage team leaders, sales executives, and performance KPIs.
• Excellent spoken English, negotiation, leadership, and client relationship skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics, pipeline management, and forecasting.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment during US/UK-aligned shifts from the Gurugram office.
