Job Summary:

IT Sales Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Support the sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential clients in the UAE market.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Conduct market research on IT trends, competitors, and client needs in the GCC region.
  • Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams to align sales strategies.

Data Cleansing & CRM Management:

  • Collect, clean, and maintain accurate sales and client data in CRM systems.
  • Remove duplicates, update outdated information, and ensure data consistency across platforms.
  • Generate sales performance reports and dashboards to support management decisions.
  • Maintain a structured and reliable sales database for ongoing and future business use.

Client & Team Coordination:

  • Support communication with international clients via email and calls.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and client feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales operations and reporting efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong interest in

    international IT sales

    and business development.
  • Proficiency in

    MS Excel

    Google Sheets

    , and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Basic understanding of data cleaning, data management, and IT products/services.
