IT Sales Executive

Job Description

As an IT Sales Executive, you will play a key role in identifying potential customers, presenting IT solutions, and driving sales. Whether you're a fresher eager to begin your career or a professional with up to 3 years of experience, if you have strong communication skills and a passion for technology, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Identify and contact potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions/services. Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and technical teams. Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and follow-ups. Maintain records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM tools. Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. 0–3 years of experience in IT sales or a similar customer-facing role. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in simple terms. Self-motivated with a target-driven approach. Good to Have Internship or academic project experience in IT/business development. Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.). Basic understanding of IT services like software development, cloud, or SaaS.
