Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT sector. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital marketing. Present and demonstrate IT products and services to prospective clients. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs. Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions. Collaborate with internal departments to address client concerns and requirements. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
