IT Resource person

The primary role of this position is to collaborate with the teachers and educational functionaries at Cluster level for understanding teacher needs, facilitate smooth implementation of training programs for Teachers, handholding teachers to co-plan and co-deliver the experiential lesson plans. Coordinate with the HMs / CRPs and BRPs for evaluation and studies for ascertaining the outcomes and impacts of the program

Key Responsibilities:

· The primary responsibility of IT Resource person is to help teachers and students learn technology skills and use technology as a tool for effective teaching leaning process in the classrooms.

· Precisely identify the gaps in the learning process in the schools and provide the necessary IT solutions needed to improve learning outcomes in students

· Represent the organization and establish a strong working relationship with the stakeholders.

· Understand the process involved in Designing, planning, implementation, monitoring, review, and documentation of program activities.

· Visit offices of the dept at block and cluster to participate in meetings and reviews of the training programs implemented by CWC and Dept

· Facilitate / Co-facilitate relevant training sessions for the Teachers, functionaries and students in technology literacy – computer literacy, Information and media literacy

· Identify the requirement for IT components and tools for schools

· Perform hardware and software installations, configurations, and uninstallations as required.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system hardware, software, and network connectivity.

· Maintain and update hardware and software security protocols to ensure system protection.

· Utilize MS Office or ProjectLibre for documentation, reporting, and project tracking.

· Involve in conducting subject fairs by involving the teachers, students and parents

· Conduct assessments regularly to understand the performance of students – Baseline and Endline assessments for students, pre and post tests for teachers, etc

· Prepare necessary reports – monthly, quarterly and annual reports

Document best practices and case studies, photos and videos of the program

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

• Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
