Branding and Marketing - Intern

Job Summary: The Brand Storytelling & Creative Lead is responsible for shaping and communicating the organization’s narrative through visual and written content. This role involves creating compelling brand stories, developing visually engaging storyboards, and ensuring all creative work aligns with the organization’s mission, vision, and values. The individual will collaborate across departments, manage creative projects, and guide designers and writers in producing high-quality, on-brand materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Storytelling: Develop engaging narratives that reflect the organization's values, mission, and vision, resonating with the target audience.
• Storyboard Creation: Conceptualize and produce visually captivating storyboards that bring the brand's mission and programs to life.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to ensure creative efforts align with project requirements and overall brand strategy.
• Creative Direction: Guide design and writing teams to ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and effectively communicates the intended message.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, NGO practices, and technology to continuously enhance the organization's storytelling approach.
• Feedback & Iteration: Incorporate stakeholder feedback into final storyboard concepts, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet user needs.
• Project Management: Oversee multiple creative projects, managing timelines, priorities, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
