As a CIB IT Continuity Officer (ICO) at BNP Paribas India Solutions, you will be a part of the global CIB IT continuity team and report to the global CIB ICO to provide support to CIB CISOs. Your role will involve working within the CIB department to prepare IT teams for significant production incidents by mitigating the impact of potential interruptions of IT systems due to major incidents or disasters, such as loss of critical applications, data centers, or cyber-attacks. You will collaborate closely with IT Production, IT Application Development, Business Continuity, Architecture, Security, and OPC teams to ensure professionalization and operations of shared tools, methodologies, and requirements. Additionally, you will play a coordination and support role for IT to implement, monitor, and control IT Continuity for IT assets, working in coordination with the global team and other ICROs. Your essential responsibilities will include producing IT Continuity Cyber Program dashboards, ensuring compliance with Group and regulatory requirements, gathering IT continuity needs, maintaining the list of critical IT assets, deploying the appropriate IT continuity cyber program framework, analyzing large datasets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, identifying process improvements, managing audits, and preparing reports. To succeed in this role, you should possess knowledge of Cyber Program & IT Continuity principles, IT architecture setup, banking industry, and CIB activities. Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, risk management principles, and proficiency in tools like Service Now, Excel, and Power BI will be beneficial. Being rigorous, autonomous, a strong communicator, a team player with high ethics, highly organized, results-driven, and able to analyze issues and prioritize based on potential impact are key behavioral competencies required for this role.
