Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions. The candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable IT professionals based on client and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and prepare suitable sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Recruit candidates for IT roles such as Software Developers, Network Engineers, System Administrators, IT Support, Cloud Engineers, and other technical positions.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
• Ensure timely closures of open positions and achieve recruitment targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; HR or related qualification preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Good knowledge of technical job profiles and IT terminology.
• Hands-on experience with job portals and candidate sourcing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and work under deadlines.
• Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment is preferred.

• Target-oriented and proactive.
• Strong candidate follow-up and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to identify suitable technical candidates quickly.
• Immediate joiners preferred, if applicable.

Salary: As per company norms and experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
