Role Overview

We are looking for motivated, hands-on IT Recruiters with 2–4 years of experience in technology recruitment to join our growing Hyderabad team.

The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing capabilities, a good understanding of technology roles and the ability to independently manage recruitment requirements in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, candidate submissions, interview coordination, offer management and joining follow-ups.
• Source technology professionals across Java, .NET, Full Stack Development, AI/ML, Generative AI, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity and emerging technologies.
• Identify qualified candidates using Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals and other sourcing channels.
• Understand technical job descriptions and assess candidates for relevant skills, experience and project exposure.
• Screen candidates for compensation expectations, notice period, location preferences and availability.
• Submit quality candidate profiles through client portals within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with recruitment managers and clients to ensure timely feedback and interview progression.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and upcoming requirements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide timely updates on submissions, interviews, offers and joins.
• Consistently achieve recruitment delivery targets while maintaining submission quality.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment, preferably within a recruitment consulting or technology talent solutions environment.
• Strong experience using Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques.
• Good understanding of software engineering roles and modern technology stacks.
• Ability to source, screen and engage candidates independently.
• Experience managing multiple client requirements and working within delivery timelines.
• Strong communication, negotiation, candidate engagement and follow-up skills.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to hiring for AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, Data Engineering or Cybersecurity roles.
• Familiarity with AI-powered sourcing and recruitment tools.
• Experience working with client portals, applicant tracking systems and recruitment performance metrics.
