We are looking for enthusiastic freshers who are eager to build a career in recruitment. This role involves end-to-end participation in sourcing and screening candidates while developing strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify qualified candidates using job portals, internal databases, and social media platforms
• Communicate effectively with candidates (verbal and written)
• Understand and support the end-to-end recruitment process
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships
• Participate in training programs to enhance recruitment expertise
