Job Description

Manual Testing
: Execute system, functional, and integration testing with hands-on experience in creating test designs and test cases.
Test Planning & Design
: Develop and maintain effective test plans, test cases, and test scripts ensuring comprehensive coverage.
Integration Testing
: Perform robust integration testing across web, CRM, and mobile applications.
Tool Proficiency
: Utilize test management tools like Azure DevOps; working knowledge of Postman is a plus.
Agile Environment
: Collaborate effectively in Agile development teams, following QA best practices aligned with Agile methodologies.
Defect Management
: Identify, log, and track defects; perform root cause analysis and regression testing.
Documentation & Reporting
: Document test results clearly and communicate progress and issues to relevant stakeholders.
Cross-functional Collaboration
: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Domain Knowledge
: Exposure to warehouse operations or SAP basics is an added advantage.
