JOB DESCRIPTION – PROJECT MANAGER (PMO)
Location: Seewoods Navi MumbaiDepartment: PMO – Strategy, Governance & DeliveryRole Type: Full-timeRole SummaryThe Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end governance, coordination, and execution of strategic,operational, and technology projects across SBIL. The role ensures timely delivery, cross-functional alignment,structured reporting, and adherence to internal quality, compliance, and control processes.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Governance & Delivery

• Drive end-to-end project management for strategic and operational initiatives.
• Coordinate with Business, IT, Operations, and PMO stakeholders for seamless delivery.
• Prepare and monitor project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependency mapping.
• Track progress of Change Requests (CRs), UAT, Under Development, Production Fixes, On-Hold, and
• Deferred items.
• Ensure weekly/monthly dashboards, ageing reports, and health summaries are published.

• Manage discussions with vertical heads on change requests progress and delivery risks.
• Work closely with IT leadership for CR bifurcation, development priorities, and production issue reduction
• Present project updates in senior management meetings with clear insights and actionable points.
• Collate and represent monthly Ops ADHOC reports, project scorecards, and production issue patterns.
• Ensure project documentation, benefit trackers, and strategic project summaries are updated and
• Track patterns for systems and represent insights.
• Skills & Experience
• 2–5 years of experience in Project Management / PMO / Delivery Management.
• Strong understanding of IT implementations, CR lifecycle, UAT processes, and operations workflows.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel dashboards, PowerPoint presentations, timelines).
• Good analytical abilities with clear project documentation capability.
• PMP / Prince2 / Agile certification (added advantage).
• Experience in BFSI / Insurance domain.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
