About The Role Responsibilities: Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM etc.). Install, configure, and test new applications and features in a sandbox/dev environment.
