IT Onsite Technician

Role Overview: As a Desktop Support Specialist at Hemmersbach, your primary responsibility will be to provide day to day local/remote desktop support. This includes handling inbound calls, answering questions, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and application issues. You will be expected to document the steps taken to resolve challenges in a ticketing system.
