About the Role

We are seeking a experienced NetSuite Engagement Lead to spearhead the implementation, migration, and business continuity of NetSuite ERP solutions within our organization. This role requires a minimum of 12 years of experience in NetSuite ERP implementations and project management. You will lead large-scale ERP projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business processes with NetSuite capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

NetSuite Implementation & ERP Leadership:

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for Field Service Management, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Lead to Quote processes.
• Oversee end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation, ensuring seamless execution and business continuity.
• Assess business requirements, identify gaps, and provide strategic NetSuite solutions.
• Lead NetSuite migration projects, including system configuration, customization, and optimization.
• Ensure data integration, migration, and system interoperability with third-party tools.

Team & Project Management:

• Lead and mentor project teams, including consultants, developers, and SMEs, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and communication frameworks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, resolving issues efficiently.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget, while managing stakeholder expectations.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize NetSuite implementation in alignment with business goals.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in NetSuite ERP implementations, integrations, and project management.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale NetSuite migration projects in fintech or manufacturing industries.
• Strong understanding of business processes, including finance, manufacturing, CRM, and operational workflows.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in NetSuite modules, including Field Service, Financials, Sales, and Operations.
• Experience with SuiteCloud, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.
• Strong knowledge of data migration, API integrations, and third-party tools in the NetSuite ecosystem.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., SuiteScript, JavaScript, Python) for custom solutions.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• A solutions-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Certifications:

• NetSuite Foundations or NetSuite ERP certification (preferred).
• PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications (a plus).

Education & Work Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Office-based role in Chennai, India.
• Full-time position (40 hours per week).
• Must be authorized to work in India.
• Occasional travel may be required.
