Job Title: Senior Manager IT Maintenance & ERP Implementation Location: SB Road, Pune Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial Experience Required: 12 to 18 years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT professional to lead our IT infrastructure maintenance and ERP implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing IT systems in a manufacturing environment, leading ERP rollouts and driving process improvement through technology. Key Responsibilities: ERP Implementation & Management: Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects including planning, execution, data migration, user training, and post-go-live support. Liaise with cross-functional teams (Production, Finance, SCM, Sales, etc.) to gather requirements and translate them into ERP configurations. Manage external vendors and implementation partners. Drive change management and user adoption strategies. IT Infrastructure & Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of IT systems including servers, networks, cybersecurity, hardware, and software. Ensure uptime, data integrity, and system security across the organization. Implement ITIL practices for incident, problem, and change management. Plan and execute disaster recovery and business continuity strategies. Strategic & Operational Leadership: Align IT strategy with business goals and manufacturing operations. Identify technology gaps and recommend cost-effective solutions. Prepare and manage IT budgets, CAPEX/OPEX planning, and resource allocation. Report to senior leadership on IT performance, project milestones, and risks. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 12–17 years of total experience in IT, with ERP project leadership. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and shop-floor integration. Proven expertise in IT infrastructure management and cybersecurity protocols. Excellent communication, vendor management, and team leadership skills.
