Your role will involve managing the compensation and benefits strategy and execution for the India region, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with business priorities. In the Compensation aspect, you will oversee annual processes such as salary planning, merit reviews, promotions, and bonus cycles. Your responsibilities will include conducting compensation benchmarking and external market analysis, as well as supporting compensation communication, manager enablement, and analytics. Regarding Benefits, you will administer employee benefits covering insurance, wellness, leave, and retirement programs.
