Job Description

Position: Executive-IT

No. of Positions: 1

Location: Kundli, Sonipat, Haryana

Qualification: BCA, B.TECH, Diploma/Degree in Relevant Field.

Experience: 3-5 years

Roles & Responsibility:

· Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.

· Ensure systems are functioning efficiently with minimal downtime.

· Diagnose and resolve hardware issues for end-users.

· Provide technical support onsite or remotely.

· Maintain logs of repairs and service requests.

· Assist with the installation and maintenance of routers, switches, LAN/WAN infrastructure, etc.

· Keep track of hardware issuance, movement, upgrades, and disposal.

· Ensure asset tagging and proper documentation.

· Ensure hardware systems are compliant with organizational IT security standards.

· Participate in hardware-related audits and implement recommended controls.

· Conduct regular checks and maintenance of systems to prevent failures.

· Support backup systems from a hardware standpoint.

· Assist in the recovery process in case of hardware failure.

· Work with the IT support/helpdesk team for user support.

· Expertise in designing, implementing and maintaining computer networks, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks

· Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other networking protocols and technologies.

· Troubleshooting of computer Hardware & Network Problems

· Responsible for manage and support Desktops, Laptops and All Network
