Job Summary :

The IT Executive is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the company’s technology infrastructure, ensuring efficient and secure IT operations. The role includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing networks, supporting end-users, and contributing to IT projects and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, switches, routers, and security systems.
• Provide first-line support to employees for IT-related queries (hardware, software, connectivity, etc.).
• Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware/software faults.
• Manage backups and ensure data integrity and security.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
• Assist in planning and implementing upgrades or new IT projects.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers for procurement and support.
• Train staff on new technologies and ensure proper IT usage practices.
• Maintain documentation related to IT systems and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar IT support or executive role.
• Experience with troubleshooting PCs, printers, networks, and mobile devices.
• Basic understanding of cyber security best practices.
• * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
