Job Description

IT EXECUTIVE

Position:
IT Executive
Experience:
1-3 years
Location:
Head Office, Lower Parel.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support to staff for hardware, software, network, and systems-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment such as computers, printers, routers, and servers.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions in accordance with company policy.
Support POS systems, CCTV, and biometric attendance systems across outlets.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repairs and procurement.
Ensure data backup and recovery processes are in place and tested regularly.
Maintain IT inventory and documentation of all hardware/software assets.
Implement IT security protocols and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Assist in technology upgrades, migrations, and new outlet setups.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
13 years of relevant experience in IT support or system administration.
Good understanding of networking, Windows OS, and basic server management.
Experience in hospitality industry IT systems (POS, CCTV, Wi-Fi, etc.) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
