Job Description

Managing IT staff: Recruiting, training, and mentoring IT professionals.
Providing technical support: Addressing user issues, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Managing vendor relationships: Negotiating contracts, managing IT service providers, and ensuring quality of service.
Maintaining and improving IT security systems: Ensuring data integrity, network access, and robust backup systems.
Developing and enforcing IT policies and procedures: Maintaining consistency and efficiency in IT operations.
Monitoring system performance: Ensuring optimal performance of information technology systems and identifying areas for improvement.
