Key Responsibilities Delivery Standards & Governance Define, implement, and institutionalize core delivery frameworks. Promote consistent use of artifacts: project plans, RAID logs, retrospectives, and status reports. Establish and reinforce governance routines including checkpoints, stakeholder reviews, and dashboards. Maturity Assessment & Execution Uplift Perform structured and informal assessments to benchmark delivery maturity. Identify gaps in planning, estimation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Define and implement maturity uplift roadmaps with realistic, trackable outcomes. Enablement & Evangelization Enable teams to adopt delivery frameworks, templates, and processes through onboarding and communication. Evangelize delivery discipline, hygiene, and effectiveness through visible leadership and examples. Tools & Asset Management Promote adoption of tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow. Build and maintain a library of reusable templates, SOPs, checklists, and dashboards. Recommend light automation and effective tool usage for governance and reporting. Stakeholder Engagement Partner with delivery teams, project managers, and customer stakeholders to drive standardization. Integrate real-world feedback to refine tools, templates, and delivery rhythms. Experience & Qualifications 12+ years in IT delivery, delivery governance, or PMO roles. Hands-on experience in multi-project or multi-client environments. Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent degree. PMP, ITIL, SAFe (preferred but not mandatory). Skills & Competencies In-depth understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models. Strong familiarity with delivery tools: JIRA, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Power BI.
