Job Description

As an IT Data Centre Operations Analyst at NTT DATA, you will be a seasoned subject matter expert responsible for providing medium- to complex technical support for data center operations. Your role will involve installing and troubleshooting server hardware and software, ensuring system security and performance, monitoring data center systems, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor data center systems to ensure efficient and effective operation. - Provide high-level technical support within the data center. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with data center infrastructure. - Maintain hardware and software in the data center, including servers, storage systems, and network devices. - Implement and manage security measures to protect data and infrastructure. - Collaborate with IT teams to plan and execute data center strategies. - Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Lead and manage IT projects, including migrations, upgrades, and new implementations. - Identify and implement innovative technologies and practices to enhance data center operations. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field. - Relevant vendor certifications such as ITIL foundation. - Additional beneficial certifications such as CNET and CDCDP etc.,
