Responsibilities

• Provide right fit IT solutions for existing and new Business requirements
• Should be able to gather the requirements from customer, by asking the right questions.
• Responsible for mapping the business requirements (functional) to IT solutions.
• Gain detailed understanding of the DHL strategic products (WMS/TMS and others). Map the requirements to the right fit solutions.
• Comprehend self with sector wise business templates and use it during customer meetings, RFQ response etc.
• Identifying the IT aspects and IT deliverables from the RFQ, formulating the right queries basis this.
• Responsible for delivering all IT solutions within budget and time lines
• Responsible for all the RFQ's response with IT solutions
• Support the standardization process across the organization
• Align, all IT solutions and submissions to internal and external custome rs, with regional and global IT strategies.
• Documenting the IT solutions into Concept if Solutions.
• Responsible for defining the in scope and out scope for IT deliverable.
• Documenting all communications with customers and various stakeholders clearly and effectively.
• Work on IT priorities that align with regional and global strategies

Requirements

• University bachelor tech degree like BE/Btech/BCA and work experience preferably in 3PL Logistic sector
• Minimum 3+ years experience within IT and Business analysis.
• Excellent Technical Analytical Skills
• Ability to design purpose fit IT solutions which is scalable.
• High level of business and commercial acumen with strategic thinking
• Budgeting and cost controlling skills
• Should have strong understanding of Warehousing (WMS) and Transportation (TMS) Business.
• Basic knowledge of IT Infrastructure service management used in Logistics
• Project Management Skills
• Strong communication skills / interpersonal understanding
• Ability to influence and negotiate
• Customer orientated and fit for customer presentations
• IT Implementation knowledge (SDLC) is a must.
• Good with amounts/numbers/expenses and cost related analysis
• Power BI/graphical presentations
