Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator II to join our IT Consulting/Projects team. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in systems administration, focusing on managing and maintaining IT infrastructure to support various consulting projects. Responsibilities Manage and maintain IT systems, ensuring high availability and performance. Perform system backups and recovery procedures to safeguard data. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Implement and manage security measures to protect sensitive information. Collaborate with project teams to support IT consulting projects. Assist in the deployment of new software and hardware solutions. Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Skills and Qualifications 4-6 years of experience in systems administration or related field. Proficiency in Windows and Linux server environments. Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols. Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation tasks. Understanding of IT security best practices and tools. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
