Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator II to join our IT Consulting/Projects team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing and supporting IT systems, with a focus on optimizing performance and ensuring security. This role will involve working on various IT projects and providing technical expertise to enhance our consulting services. Responsibilities Manage and maintain IT systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance. Install, configure, and upgrade server hardware and software. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard data and systems. Collaborate with project teams to support IT consulting initiatives and project requirements. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other departments. Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Skills and Qualifications 4-6 years of experience in system administration or related field. Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and virtualized environments. Experience with network protocols and configurations (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.). Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) and enterprise backup solutions. Proficient in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, etc.) for automation tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
