Role Summary: Crowe's Technology Advisory (Tech Advisory) practice is seeking a highly motivated IT Due Diligence Analyst to support Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) engagements. This role will be part of the growing India-based team and will focus on supporting Mergers & Acquisitions engagements working alongside U.S.-based teams to assess technology risks, identify value creation opportunities, and prepare high-impact deliverables informing investment decisions. You will contribute to projects that evaluate a target company's IT environment, supporting a wide range of assessments across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, IT org structure, and investment needs, and support the creation of client deliverables. Familiarity with data room tools, SharePoint, Azure DevOps is helpful. Experience using AI tools (e.g., prompt engineering, low-code development tools) is a plus. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and understand client business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. - Provide functional solutions and work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation. - Create and maintain Technical Design Documents (TDD), Unit Test Plans, and other relevant documentation. - Configure, implement, upgrade, and maintain all modules within PowerPlan. - Automate and optimize PowerPlan processes for improved efficiency. - Map business processes to SAP S/4HANA system functionalities and configure as needed. - Conduct reviews of design and technical specifications to ensure alignment with business goals. - Perform PowerPlan configurations and carry out quality assurance and testing tasks. - Engage with business stakeholders to understand current and future business environments, and align IT solutions accordingly. - Evaluate existing customizations and provide recommendations to reduce technical debt, total cost of ownership (TCO), and future implementation costs. - Support business process optimization by leveraging standard functionalities in PowerPlan and SAP. - Serve as a team lead when required, offering guidance and oversight on solution delivery. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: - 6-10 years of experience in SAP Functional roles with PowerPlan implementation and support. - Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP GUI, and understanding of SAP tables and structures. - Proficiency in creating technical and functional documentation. - Knowledge of PowerPlan system architecture and integration with SAP. - Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. - Prior experience in ITIL-based environments. - ITIL 4 Foundation Certification is preferred. - Experience in performing quality reviews, unit testing, and end-user support. - Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
