Job Title IT Consulting Responsibilities Minimum 8+ years of experience, with at least 5+ years in Identity and Access Management specialist roles, Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management architectures, including unified identity governance frameworks, federated access models, and comprehensive IAM controls, Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive IAM architectures, with hands-on experience in identity governance, access management, and privileged access controls, Proven ability to establish robust identity lifecycle management processes, implement segregation of duties controls, and automate access certification workflows while ensuring compliance with security standards and organizational policies, Experience in designing and implementing scalable enterprise Identity and Access Management architectures ensuring support for both cloud-native and hybrid identity scenarios leveraging third-party security tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust, Entra ID, Okta, Ping and Forgerock, Demonstrate a firm commitment to staying current with evolving Identity and Access Management capabilities Technical and Professional Requirements: Possesses strong knowledge of industry best practices and standards related to IAM, eager to learn and apply these standards to real-world IAM projects.Experience with diverse range of IAM technologies, including but not limited to identity providers, privileged access management, Identity governance, and cloud IAM platforms.Proficiency in scripting and programming languages like Python, Java, or PowerShellPossesses relevant industry certifications demonstrating advanced knowledge and expertise in IAM, cloud security and architecture, such as (ISC) Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or (ISC) Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) Preferred Skills: Technology->Identity Management->Identity/Account Provisioning and Reconciliation SPML->Forgerock Identity Manager Technology->Identity Management->Privileged User Management->CyberArk Technology->Application Security->Access Management->Sailpoint Technology->Identity Management->IDAM-Design work flow Implementation Technology->Identity Management->IDAM-Design work flow Implementation->Okta Technology->Identity Management->IDAM-Design work flow Implementation->Ping Identity Additional Responsibilities: Infosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
