Role Overview: As the IT CoE SAP SD Specialist at Ferrero, you will be a part of the Global CoE Sales team based in Pune. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively deploy and support IT Sales applications in alignment with the IT global architecture. You will work on various applicative areas such as S4 HANA, IT Vendor coordination, Integration with other IT Sales applications, Order to cash, Intercompany sales, and Sales force automation. Key Responsibilities: - Perform functional & technical design tasks including application design, defining and validating specifications in SAP SD area - Support activation of services by analyzing requirements, developing architecture options, and collaborating with IT partners - Manage data migration, ensure data consistency, and supervise decommissioning of redundant applications/hardware - Prepare and deploy system configurations, maintain inventory information, and perform quality assurance on software developments - Lead testing efforts for large applications, create test plans, implement test cases, report defects, and troubleshoot issues - Manage the delivery of application solutions, support the Handover process, and ensure alignment with Service Level Agreements - Responsible for level 3 support, incident and problem management related to applications, interfaces, and infrastructure performance Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in information technology, Engineering, or equivalent with 7-15 years of experience - University degree in IT or related field with strong experience in enterprise SAP ERP, particularly in SAP Sales and Distribution.
