As a DevOps Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the automation, scalability, and reliability of our development and deployment processes. Key Responsibilities: CI/CD Pipeline Development : Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD workflows using Jenkins, Azure Repos, Docker, and PySpark. Ensure seamless integration with AWS services such as Airflow and EKS. Cloud & Infrastructure Management : Architect and manage scalable, fault-tolerant, and cost-effective cloud solutions using AWS services including EC2, RDS, EKS, DynamoDB, Secret Manager, Control Tower, Transit Gateway, and VPC. Security & Compliance : Implement security best practices across the DevOps lifecycle. Utilize tools like SonarQube, Checkmarx, Trivy, and AWS Inspector to ensure secure application deployments. Manage IAM roles, policies, and service control policies (SCPs). Containerization & Orchestration : Lead container lifecycle management using Docker, Amazon ECS, EKS, and AWS Fargate. Implement orchestration strategies including blue-green deployments, Ingress controllers, and ArgoCD. Frontend & Backend CI/CD : Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for frontend applications (Node.js, Angular, React) and backend microservices (Spring Boot) using tools like Maven and Nexus/Azure Artifacts. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation to support repeatable and scalable deployments. Scripting & Automation : Write and maintain automation scripts in Python, Groovy, and Shell/Bash for deployment, monitoring, and system management tasks. Version Control & Artifact Management : Manage source code and artifacts using Git, Azure Repos, Nexus, and Azure Artifacts. Disaster Recovery & High Availability : Design and implement disaster recovery strategies, multi-AZ, and multi-region architectures to ensure business continuity. Collaboration & Leadership : Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows and mentor junior team members in DevOps best practices. What makes you a Great Fit? Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT Cloud & DevOps. Strong project management skills with a track record of successful migration projects. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Skills : Certifications such as ITIL, Cloud, or relevant technical certifications. Basic understanding of AWS/Azure. Knowledge of SEBI/RBI guidelines for IT requirements.

Responsibilities Develop and Maintain OCI Cloud Services in accordance with Security and Standards. Write solution design documents Present the solution definition documentation to Architecture review council; design architecture for high availability and security-first approach. Design architecture for sizing / scalability and performance; Remediate any availability, regulatory or performance-related operational deficiencies; Notify Client of changes to and adoptions of new cloud technology; Remain current in the knowledge and use of cloud technology, virtualization, compute, storage and management products. Minimum Qualifications : Very good experience in Infrastructure and Operations Minimum experience in Cloud Architecture and Engineering services Expertise with OCI cloud native services Hands on experience with OCI container services Experience with Agile and DevOps concepts Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in building technical architecture documentation Desired Skills Knowledge of OCI products The candidate should know how to work on Python, OCI Data Science, OCI AI Services and OCI AI / ML Foundational Layer. Candidate must be aware of OCI Gen AI Agents, Lang chain, Lang graph etc. used to build Agentic AI Solutions Candidate must be aware of host and deploy applications on the Oracle Cloud Knowledge of security controls for the Public cloud (encryption of data in motion/rest and key management) Knowledge of Linux and Windows containers Experience with Open Source Cloud and configuration management tools (Terraform Ansible, etc.) Experience with alternate cloud providers (e.g. OCI) Experience in the financial industry Bachelor s degree Very good interpersonal skills; must be able to discuss the requirements optimally with a technical team of developers
