As an IT Business Intermediate Analyst at our organization, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business users and technologists. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the exchange of information between different stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, collaborating closely with the Technology team. Your contributions will be instrumental in driving continuous iterative exploration of business performance metrics to inform strategic business planning. Key Responsibilities: - Formulate and define systems scope and project objectives through thorough research, providing guidance to new or lower-level analysts - Analyze business client needs, document requirements, explore new technologies, and develop test cases - Define and analyze enhancements, support in redesigning business processes, and implement process automation - Prepare reports, metrics, and presentations to facilitate communication between business units and IT - Identify risks associated with technology applications in the current business environment and consider their business implications - Test systems to ensure compliance with requirements, identify system issues, and propose solutions based on detailed analyses - Resolve problems by translating business requirements into technical solutions, leveraging your technical experience and precedent - Assess risk appropriately in business decision-making processes, with a focus on safeguarding the firm's reputation and adhering to regulations and policies Qualifications: - 8-12 years of relevant experience in IT business analysis - Proficiency in data analysis with intermediate/advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of business systems and industry standards - Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills - Ability to manage a diverse project portfolio effectively - Passion for research, ideation, and exploration, with a solid grasp of business analysis procedures and concepts - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Education: - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience We are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace and encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds.
