As an IT Business Analyst, your role involves articulating complex ideas in simple terms for technical and non-technical audiences. It is essential to have clear and concise writing skills for documenting requirements. You will be responsible for breaking down complex problems, analyzing data, and identifying root causes. Your innovative solutions to business challenges will demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking to achieve business goals. Collaboration with various departments will be necessary to gather requirements and implement solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Create clear and concise flowcharts to represent processes and systems - Gather requirements through interviews, surveys, and workshops - Develop use cases and user stories to capture functional requirements - Write and manage business and functional requirements effectively - Prepare documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders Qualifications Required: - B.Tech in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical - MBA in Operations/Systems Additional Company Details: This is a full-time position based in Ernakulam, Kerala.
