As a member of the Technology Support team at EY, your primary responsibility will be to provide first and second level technical support to customers using one of the leading Wealth & Asset Management platforms. Your role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by efficiently resolving issues, offering high-quality assistance, and collaborating with both business users and technology teams. Your key responsibilities will include responding to customer queries through various channels, providing 2nd line application support for production issues, updating and enhancing client configurations, analyzing customer business requirements, managing customer data, conducting customer training, documenting solutions and best practices, monitoring KPIs, and continuously improving customer support processes. The ideal candidate for this role must possess a relevant university degree, preferably in finance, mathematics, physics, computer science, or related fields, along with 4-7 years of experience in production support, monitoring, incident resolution & management. Experience in working in SLA/KPI based environments and multiple industries, particularly in Banking/Financial services/Insurance domains, is essential. Knowledge of executing AMS engagements in technologies like SAP, Java, .Net, or SaaS products on Cloud is advantageous. Skills and attributes necessary for success in this role include expertise in managing projects, fixing application issues, tracking service metrics, and leading a team of Business Analysts, Application Developers, and Technical Architects. Additionally, proficiency in ITSM & Service Management frameworks, setting up and managing Managed Services projects, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment are crucial.
