IT Associate

As an IT Associate at our company based in Noida, your primary role will involve utilizing your 2+ years of experience in the relevant field to support the hardware, software, and networking requirements of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Must-Have Networking Knowledge. - Familiar with CCTV Operating. - System Troubleshooting. - OS Installation Knowledge. - MS Office Related Troubleshooting. - Software Configuration & Installation. - Basic Hardware/Software Troubleshooting. - CCTV Operating Basic Knowledge. - Peer System Operational Basic Knowledge. - Undertake fault diagnosis, and ensure basic troubleshooting of Laptops, PCs, and Printers. - Escalate calls within given time guidelines. - Perform backups and restores as well as data transfer on PCs and laptops. - Carry out upgrades and replacement of parts of laptops e.g. keyboards, monitors, disks, motherboard, etc. - Answering customer inquiries and listening to their problems/asks. - Troubleshooting customer-reported problems. - Remote support and On-site support. - Identifying root causes for the issues and taking corrective and preventive steps. - Up-to-date knowledge of current IT standards and industry best practices. Qualifications Required: - Any Graduate Diploma in Hardware Networking. - Brief knowledge of HW, SW & Networking, Printers, CCTV, and IT Systems Management.,
