As a PTC Windchill Specialist at AGCO, your role is critical in supporting the needs of users and the business by developing and maintaining Windchill change processes, customizations, business rules, global processes, and adoption of these changes. You will be responsible for various tasks such as requirement definition, design, system configuration, development, testing, and documentation. Additionally, you will need to handle problem tickets, identify root causes, and drive resolutions. Managing Java helper tools, Windchill customizations, and business reporting will also be part of your responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand and translate business concepts into executable functional designs - Develop and update functional design documents and testing scripts - Collaborate with 3rd party suppliers for Windchill customizations - Resolve incidents and service requests within agreed service levels - Utilize Azure DevOps system for tracking system changes and coordinating deployments **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree - 5+ years of experience managing PTC Windchill configuration and customizations - Experience in developing and managing Windchill customizations using JAVA and WEX At AGCO, you will enjoy attractive remuneration, participation in bonus schemes, and reimbursement of commuting expenses.
