Job Description

TheIT Analyst for theEtQReliance solutionwill be part of the global SiemensHealthineersITteam and will work closely with colleaguesfrom SHS ITDX.

Task andResponsibilities

The role will require the incumbentunderstandbusiness requirements,develop the applicationdesign and implementation ofoptimalsolutions for thebusinesswithin theEtQReliance solution.
Provide IT technical support forEtQReliance solutionunder your responsibility. Manage resolution and feedback during priority incidents.
Provide full implementation support across complex projects and issues through requirement engineering, documentation, testing, training, go live planning, on-going support & issueresolution.
You are the contactperson fortheSHS ITDXorganization on all technical related questions.
Youare responsible forthe Change,Problemand Incident Management Process
You plan and coordinate the go live together with your stakeholders, e.g., incl. user acceptance tests.
You will ensure IT System compliance (e.g.,regardingquality, information security and data privacy regulation)
You will ensurethe integration of IT solutions in the company s ecosystem.
Support the business infollowing the ITCCS process and ensure that all relevant documentation has been created.

Education, Experience and Knowledge/Skills

Education:

Preferably you hold a university degree in information technology, computer science or in a related field

Preferred technical Skills:

You are also experienced inEtQReliance SaaS solution.
You are experienced with various information technology areas (e.g., Software as a Service, Public Clouds, etc.).
YouareknowledgeableITsystemarchitectureandSWdevelopment.
You are experienced inRequirement Engineering
ITIL certification is a plus
